What is difference in fiber glass and carbon fiber hoods? more durability? Would the only reason to get a plastic body kit instead of fiber glass be because of durability? How much better is plastic?

ABS plastic is stronger than fiberglass and will not bust as easy.
Carbonfiber = strong, light, and looks good.

I have no clue what ABS stands for :dunno:
You can get new axles at Autozone with a lifetime warranty that way when the CV joint goes bad again you get new ones and they are cheap.

Cheaper then carbon fiber, way more expensive then plastic.

The only advantage of CF over 'glass is a few ounces and the "bling" effect carbon fibre tends to have.

I would get rid of the cheezy stuff ( euro taillights ), save up for a b series engine, and dump all my savings into the suspension.

good luck with whatever you end up doing. Post a pic of your car.

Hey, welcome, One thing you'll learn real quick about this website is that over half the people on here are complete idiots........and the rest are really knowledgeable...Don't listen to someone who talks about putting nitrous on their street car, listen to people who give good advice on why/why not to do it....ABS stands for air bag system.....or it's an abbreviation for some chemical formula for plastic..
