Inkjet transparencies from Office Depot.

The black layer had to be printed on a larger scale printer at a printing company due to its size.

so you pretty much did a graphic on the comp and printed it out for the color?

I've always loved the night time effect of reverse indiglo gauges, but after having a set of silver-faces in my last car ('90 accord), I decided not to invest in them with my current ride...

how do you think it would look using everything other than the led's? I had no idea they'd appear so blotchy.

That was a problem with the Mk.1 prototype, because at that point I was using eBay indiglos as a backlight, making the whole contraption too thick. Now that's I'm free of the constraints of the indiglos, the needles work.
