I've heard these are pretty nice, not a bad buy. Seem a little small compared to the Greddy units and don't looks as good, either.

Uhh, they come with the kit....unless you don't get them with the Ebay deal

The Type S is weak. I had one and bought a HKS SSQ and love it. The Blitz is also nice.

CRAP. 'Nuff said.

5.5psi out of the box.
Only reason i was suggesting any of these things was to be corrected by somone who actually knows. Didnt need to be rude about it, just tossin in my .02 And besides, the greddy kit actually doesnt come with the "intercooler charge pipes" with the non-intercooled turbo kit. Thats why i was saying if he bought the johnnyracecar.com FMIC hes going to need charge pipes. How is Autometers boost gauge crap?

I wasn't trying to be rude, but if you buy a Greddy FMIC, it does come with pipes. So, buy having new pipes made for your $300 FMIC, you can easily buy a FMIC that's has larger dimensions, is well known and proven, and it comes with piping made to fit your car.

Oh, and Autometer sucks because I've had them before. Experience is key.

I'm all for people going out and putting together a complete custom or junkyard setup, but you get a noob that knows shit about this stuff and they're probably going to buy a kit that fits first time out. Some places don't even have shop that can make custom pipes (like where I live).

I'm currently running the Autometer Boost gauge and it seems like the poor man's boost gauge. It ticks when I push boost and I've already had a leak in the line (if you can really call that a line).

Perfect example of "you get what you pay for".
