I also used it when the Fit got some hail damage on the roof, alot of other companys would try and hassle you over that kind of claim, but I was able to drive in for the inspection, walk out with the estimate and have the car fixed in 2 days. Most people who claim to have an issue with any claims dept really were either at fault and didnt want to except the remifications of that fact, or were upset about the pay out they received for there car because they thought it was worth more then it really was.
