give me one specific example where you were slighted or mistreated by GEICO, im curious as to what has upset you so much.

I don't use geico. Some of the stories I've heard from my sister, who worked for them for 2 years, just reinforces my opinion.

Not to mention, your excuse of essentially blaming the people instead of the company just shows how ridiculous your statement is. You think geico is the only company that this happens to? Ridiculous.

 

Every company out there has people that will bad mouth them for one reason or another, the fact that your sister didnt like her time with the company does not represent poor customer service,look at REAL corporate reviews and you will see that GEICO is highly rated. I am not a corparate cheerleader, I just believe in the product the company I work for offers, its better then going to work every day and just earning a check, I truely enjoy my work, and the company i work for.
