It's been a long battle and yet it's still not over. I still have to find a way to lower my body fat. It's like as I lose weight, my body fat goes down, but for some reason you'd think with all the lifting I do, that i'd be losing more body fat and gaining muscle. But it feels like my body fat only drops when my weight drops. (Not sure if that makes sense).
My ideal weight is around 180-185. If i can get around there with minimal body fat i'd be pretty friggin stoked.
