And I did not comment on you polical system nor the way this was brought up. I read the article and commented saying that it is normal for a country (any developped country) to rejuvanate their aging fleet. I did not bring up congress apart from saying that asking of them to travel commercial internationnal makes no sense. No country that I know of let their nationnal dignitaries travel commercial airliners. I also believe that keeping an aging fleet is more enpensive then getting newer planes. I don't see how that warents you bashing Canada and saying that our politicians don't work for us and don't have to listen to us...
Except this has to do with accountability of our political system and how we as citizens can and should call spending of a questionable nature into the public forum and they are required to answer for their actions.
So this has more to do with politics than apparently you understand
