Secondly i'm not sure where you got that figure but when purchasing a private jet there are 2 prices. 1 for a normal delievery period (example a 550 delevery is normally in 2012) and a year delevery prices (add like a 15 million premium for a year delevery).
What?! Why the fuck do they need to go to Istanbul. And why can't they stop and refuel if it's going to save millions of dollars?
And even if they did need to, they are allowed to use aircraft from Andrews AFB to fly, i'm pretty sure they can get there.
