I'm not quite back to pre-vacation boobie status because of shoulder issues, but I've been working in some really low-weight fly's along with the usual dumbbell presses, and it seems to work well. Shoulder is nearly 100% now, and I'm pressing 75's, so not too bad. After my routine, I did the usual "see how many pushups you can do" thing... I got 9 and a half

I also just trimmed my belly hair.
