Phat what you doing for abs? I just DL'd ab ripper x and gonna start that tomorrow.
I've been doing ab ripper x for about three weeks (minus last week) and I've definitely noticed an improvement over my normal daily ab stuff. Maybe it's just that it's more structured. If you do ab ripper, you'll want to incorporate leg stretches into the mix. I still can't do a lot of the exercises right because my legs aren't flexible enough
After shoulders, abs and basketball today, I was looking pretty swoll. If I have a good week, I'll post nudes this weekend. Holla.
