BF is still high. Fluctuates between 15-20%
BMI is off the charts yo. I laugh when I try to calculate it. I always come out morbidly obese. Even my doc says I'm the type of guy that should never look at BMI to reference.
I could stand to lose another 15lbs of fat though. Its coming off now and I'm feeling lighter.:awais: Still rocking a 34 inch waist.
