sometimes you got to keep shit simple, when you get to complex, you lose focus. That is why i'm doing quick exercises where i know i'll do it on a consistent basis and so far it's working out pretty damn well.
Thats part of my problem too. I get these complex workout schedules and it loses something, maybe it just starts being too goal oriented or something. So far though I am into week 2 of my "schedule" and have done my workout every night of the week...the eating part is still tough and so is the running (weather and motivation) but it is a start.
