welp, after three days of slacking and two days of heavy beer consumption, I put on 5 pounds. Oops.
Oh well, back on track today and I worked my way up to 80lbs per hand dumbell press. I could only do 9 though

that is still a pretty hefty workout for dumbbells.
I did back/bis/shoulders this morning and I can tell that my traps are starting to stay swole most of the way throughout the day, makes me look a lot more intimidating.
Cannot wait till August when all the people from high school see how different I look.
