Yea, most people take casein at wakeup and at bedtime for recovery and catabolic protein.
But the the things people say about creatine are completely hilarious. When you're using fast twitch muscles and explosive movements, you are using your creatine phosphate supply to pick up the slack. Supping creating (at 5g per day) will make sure you're getting a good streamline of the creatine monohydrate (which breaks down into creatine phosphate) in your muscles.
I've heard:
- Makes you have mood swings like steroids
- Makes your testes shrink, etc
- And now, makes you bloated. :lmao:
All of which are complete bullshit :lmao:
