I'm sorry, I've got to throw the flag on this play.
I for one cannot believe that a fly-by-night eBay company, using cheap castings and poor quality control will be worth the couple bucks you save.

Even if you have to disassemble the shifter once after installation, that's time wasted that could be spend either driving or earning money.

Do it once, do it right.
Buy a shifter that can withstand some abuse, I say.

Back in the day, B&M short shifters for known to rattle inside the OEM lower bearing. I would recommend the Skunk2 short shifter instead.

And as a hedge against rattling, I'd install a new OEM lower bearing when you do the install.
