I had 1 egg and rice this am (small portion) 2 cups of coffee, 1 handful almonds (snack) Tuna with just a smidge of mayo on two slices of whole grain bread and a stick of string cheese (lunch) + 4 cups of h20 thus far today.:thumbup: I'm going to have more almonds and some granola and an orange for a snack before dinner tonight. I'll post back after the evening workout.

im up to repping 6-8 pullups now, took a month or two though
i used a rubber band over the top of the pull up bar in the doorway and got on my knees sideways in the door and did lat pull downs with the rubber band doubled up
it helped me work up to pullups, and i still use it to burn out on, also lots of angles you can switch up to isolate muscles
sun is out today, checking email on campus and then a run
i had 4-5 blocks last week at bball, getting quicker and more hops, still no dunking

, also need to get the hand strength up to palm a ball
