It is up to the consumer to decide what foods they wish to eat and if they want to eat trans fat prepared foods then so be it, it is none of the governments business in the least.
+1 ... and if enough consumers choose not to eat stuff with trans fats, the restaurant owners will have to reconfigure their foods to please those consumers

me too :hs: but i gave up mcdonalds until they phase out trans fats.... i had to concede that the food may not taste the same and then i might not want it anyway...
