Personally, I wouldn't bother because the gains aren't going to be as dramatic as you think they'll be.
i didnt think NY had SMOG laws...i could be wrong...
i say its probably not really worth the time to wrap your header. theres no way it can help do anything on a non race car.
EDIT: what was your main reason for wrapping them anyway???
