I know I'm partly to blame for fueling this debate, but since it seems like this one is going to persist until the sun burns out, I'll summarize my position thusly:
The OP and I both own the same model of DC Sports header. In the instructions for that header, they expressly state that the use of header wrap increases the risk of cracking. They go on to say that the use of header wrap will void the new product warranty.
So if a whopping 3% gain in hp has you all hot and bothered and you don't give a shit about replacing a cracked header, by all means go ahead. Personally, I don't think it's worth it for a daily driver.

I love this site!!! Why wud they sell and use header wrap if it didnt do anything? It seems like the coating might crack but I doubt a cloth wrap wud overpower a metal header. U know, I dont know, freeing up horse power is my passion.
