We're talking about 3-5 hp here; hardly worth risking a citation and a trip to the smog referee if a cop asks you to pop the hood a traffic stop.

PHILADELPHIA is the murder capital in the US if i am not mistaken! The authorities are not going to stop me because they think im running an illegal exhaust system. Their going to stop me to find out if (1. I have priors and a warrant 2. A trunk full of cocaine or guns 3. The car is stolen or has not been registered). If this does happen i think i could take a $40 ticket to the chin. Ill just learn from my own mistakes. I don't even think their is a smog referee in Philadelphia.
But after everything i do appreciate the concern
