Default Clutch replacement time

OK so sometime ago i started to have some clutch problems https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...d.php?t=272892. And now they have become worse. It is making a loud squeal and whine when engaging the clutch.

Yesterday when i popped open my hood i smelled something burning a little bit. So i have decided to replace my clutch and maybe my flywheel. I was looking at the Exedy stage one kit http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/de...3-1599123.html.

I haven't looked at any of the flywheels yet, i wanted to get some input on that. I also was thinking, would it be easier to pull the motor out other than pulling the transmission out the side/bottom? I have to do this in my garage and I don't have to much room to work with. I'm planing on ordering my parts on Monday and starting this sometime next week.

So my questions are what brand and weight flywheel do you guys recommend? Would it be easier to pull the motor out other than pulling the transmission out the side/bottom?

Any tips or advise would be helpful.
