might need check your fluid levels and maybe bleed the line.

When a clutch gets worn, its grab point gets higher and higher. Naturally, a new clutch will have a much lower grab point. Also, you could easily adjust the engagement point.

Well after putting about 100 miles on it, it feels like the old one but just a little bit more stiff.

Sounds normal. You'll get used to it.

Yeah I'm liking it. I can't wait till I get lay into it after the brake in period.
