On miles alone, I would not spray on a motor that old with that many miles. Even if the motor doesn't burn oil, the increase in cylinder pressure while using nitrous oxide will not be kind to your engine.
Save your money and keep your Accord in good shape until you can afford to step up to DC Integra or possibly an H22A2 motor swap.
And please... it's nitrous oxide. Not NOS.

Right. It will not do fun things to the piston rings and all of the internal bearings, which have 200k miles of wear of them.

The best way to tune it is to sell it on ebay. A VTEC controller will do nothing for your car. I won't bother explaining why, ToD can waste his time with that
And seriously dude, how is you "only"being 20 an excuse for not knowing anything? You need to do some serious research if you really want to make your car faster, without a general foundation of knowledge about how an engine even works you're going to end up blowing up your car.
