Actually, you'll find that to not be true. I eat 5 small "meals" per day, really 3 snacks and 2 meals but anyway... I'm hardly ever hungry unless i miss a food session. Sometimes I'll find myself eating, not because i'm hungry, but because it's time to eat.
That happened to me once when I got into protein shakes. I was so stuffed.
