Then crank it up to the next level. I have a Universal mat that has a USB port and i downloaded Step-Mania. Loaded songs into ones i like and ones im going to work out with. Right now for fun i play alot of songs from Extreme 2 and Universe but when im in the workout mood. I play Fascination MAXX, MAX 300, MAX 300 (Super-Max-Me Mix), and MAXX Unlimited. By the end of those songs im tired and im sitting in a pool of sweat. Do that for at least an hour a day, you'd melt that weight off. At least that's what im trying to do.
I maxed out DDR and I played for an hour with my own workout songs. I still sweat but not as much as I had used to. And I think the calorie counter was mega off.
