if your'e not worried about muscle growth, do 3 days of cardio and 2 days of weights. upper on 1 day and lower on the other (probably tues & thurs)
man that sounds like its a little brutal on your body, only 2 days of lifting. if your lifting hard, I'm guessing you proably wait 2-3 days between lifting? thats too hard core for me. I'd rather do more cardio than lifting.
