Just curious...what do you guys do on your back workout days? I have a routine that I went back to and I like it but it seems to be lacking. What do you guys have scheduled??
Bodyweight Pullups 4 sets up to 15
Bent Row DB 4 sets 8-12
Front Pulldown Wide or Narrow 3 sets 8-10
Cable Row 3 sets 6-10
Back Pulldowns 2 sets 15 Easy-Medium Weight since it's not the best for your shoulders.
EDIT: When I say "8-12" it means that I do a weight that I can do at least 8 but no more than 12.
