If we operate on your logic, I should be entitled to post in the RSX forum if I have a K20A2 under my hood. If I let things slide on this issue, soon all the model-specific forums turn into a meaningless cluster-fuck.
I'm not trying to be a dick about it... but having an Integra engine doesn't factor into this equation.
Now, let's look at your problem from a different perspective.
Personally, I don't see much point in dropping thousands of dollars to get your Prelude to perform just as well as your Mustang does now.
But, if you want the car to run... I would just grab a B18B1 and just cap off the engine bay wiring for the VTEC solenoid and knock sensor. It'll be cheaper and faster than rebuilding your B18C1.
