We're America. We should be a model country. People that come here legally or illegally have rights, and abridging those right IS unamerican. Though, just because you have rights DOES NOT mean you can break laws and run from officers. Put an american citizen in the same situation and I would still not find the border agents guilty (in my armchair assesment)
