I've spinned the disks while tire was off and they spin freely... Nothing gets in the way of it... When it happens, it sounds like the pads are rocks, juat a nasty grinding noise, and alot of vibrations on the pedals and steering wheel... Thanks for the help guys, really appriciate it..
I don't see anything else it could be, besides brakes. Sometimes a slightly warped rotor isn't visible. Are your caliper brackets and bolts tight? Do you have a seized caliper? Your pads could have "hot spots" on them. (I can't think of any other way to put that)
Sometimes bad tires will cause a vibration in the steering wheel, but i've never heard of it affecting the brake pedal.
