thats why im saying theres a reason they arent telling us what they do. which in cases like this are fine by me. because all the govt has to do then is just claim itwas a random hacker attack and they will attempt to prosecute but who seriously is gonna be worried about attacks on a terrorists website network.

just imagine though if their able to slowly build up a list of logon times and locations for server uploads are being done from...they build a picture, send in operatives to check who's uploading, verify target info...then they position and wait and when they get the next spike...they move in, either capture everything or just drop a nice little airmail delivery.
