all these people ruining a perfectly good Filet with friggin steak seasoning and all this crap.
Take Filet home from butcher. Remove Filet(s) from butcher paper. Fire up CHARCOAL grill. Grill Filet(s) to personal preference...anything over medium and I want to kill you. Remove Filet. Allow knife to cut through beautiful juicy cow like butter. Rinse/Repeat.
