you need to clean the EGR ports in the intake manifold. buy a helms manual and do it yourself, it'll take a couple hours for a beginner.
That was for the older Oddy. 99-00 the newer ones already had a fix so the holes in the manifold were bigger. therefore no need to drill out anything
