Its true. Once the shops close, the homeless (generally blacks) roam around Chinatown. Theres like 3-4 resturants that stay open late. And its not safe in Chinatown at night

The crime and the whole "hyphy" culture thats popular now. Crime is a given. And the whole hyphy stuff has got to stop. They are praising the ideas of "getting dumb".
