They probably wont be able to do much. Tell them you want to talk to someone who can help you. Tell the same story to the supervisor. Repeat about 3-4 times in a couple week's period so they have it logged on their end. And eventually I got more agressive, but still remained professional and respectable...and they told me I can cancel the contract that had more than a few months still in it.
Or...I think you can change the billing address to somewhere where there is no coverage from them. Then they have to terminate it. YMMV.
