Olbermann cannot go up against O'reilly head-to-head so he uses smear tactics and anti-semetic remarks against him. Yeah, real credible.
LOL yeah he was mocking O'Rielly and his neo-nazi displays and comments.

As far as going up head to head, I would love to see it. If Letterman can rip O'Rielly a new one, I'm sure Olbermann wouldn't have a problem. Either way, I don't know anything about a request for the two to speak.
