The bottle of 16 oz only cost $3.00 or so from a beauty supply store. If you google acetone, you will find a bunch of websites that have proven this to work! In fact, I used it on my 1997 Civic DX and have gotten as high as 47 MPG!!! I have about 42 MPG with acetone. But you might be afraid to try it. No damage has been done at all over a year of doing this. It works and after speaking to an employee from Chrsyler, he told me that he have been doing this for a couple of years and has seen positive results!
I tried the acetone thing with my accord for three fillups but never noticed any difference in MPG or power. Maybe I'll try it again now that I've seafoamed and replaced the plugs. As for the premium gas issue, I was put off by the premium requirement with the TSX at first but then I did the math, and it isn't too bad.

Assuming 15K miles a year and between 25-30mpg. I'm basing the MPG off the manual TSX mileage reports from drivers on fueleconomy.gov. The auto has slightly less than that. The price of gas isn't actually relavent, only the difference between regular and premium which is usually 20 cents regardless of the base price of regular. Doing the math, 15K miles / 25-30mpg = 600-500 gallons per year. Multiply that by 20c and you get $120-100 per year. $120-100 a year isn't very much or at least it shouldn't be for a TSX owner.
