Hey - Has anyone ever had problems with their air bags? My side curtain air bag spontaneously deployed Monday night. The dealership tried to railroad me into calling my insurance company, which I won't do.

I hit NOTHING! Has this happened to anyone else? TIA

 

File a complaint with Acura about that specific dealership. The SRS, safety retainment system, is under a lifetime warranty. No airbags that accidently deploy can kill someone.

 

They really must be stupid. What would the insurance company do anyway?
Its the dealerships problem. They need to address it!.

I hate it when you buy a car and the dealerships want your money so bad they will do anything. Once you buy the car they treat you like shit.
