It's $25 for non-SCCA members. $20 for members. Only $12 to join our region, so if you attend 3 events you already get your money back.

We have loaner helmets, so all you would need is money, driver's license, and a safe car. Checking your lugs is #1, make sure you battery doesn't wobble, pedals should return to normal, brake pedal should have feel. Make sure you have at least 40-45psi in your tires.

well, i'm a lil late in getting here (spend the better part of my day on absoluteprelude.com), but i saw the thread n wanted to say hi--and, axeman---urs was the tan accord?? how'd you do? sunday was my 5th auto-x, 2nd scca event. i was your sis-n-law's only competition last sunday....=)

and mike--that snapfish link is being a real....*pain in my butt* for lack of a better word....i'm on DSL so i can't understand what the problem is...

 

Yes I was the tan Accord... it was my 3rd event. Around the paddock I was known as the nutcase that drove 4 hrs from WV. My brother co drove the Type S with my sister in law, he actually raced past Sunday on the last event too. My sis in law might be running full season next year, it was her first auto x and I think she did well.

Edit: Finished last in class as usual. The Renault and the Omni are too damn fast for me. I think with more experience I can catch up with them before I need a better car and better tires.
