And it also shows during winter autocrosses where STS/STX beats most of the classes on DOT R tires.
The track day I did at VIR in Feb 2002 it was a cool 50 degrees and my instructor thought I was on R tires due to the grip. That weekend they never got greasy.

like is 20k horrible? or 10K horrible?
my previous toyo t1-s lasted less than 10K miles. close to 7K.
I expect about the same from the azenis with the same amount of autox days.

Mine lasted about 10K miles, 30 autocrosses, two track days and 30 laps around the Carlisle Mini road course.
