Default Workout crew advice

This might be psychological, but I think my right boob is bigger than my left one. h: Uh ohhhh, not visually noticable but it feels bigger.

I think it's happened beause of my damn bench when it's declined. Stupid thing is too steep and I slide down because the weights i'm lifting make it heavy.

Anyway to correct this? Should I balance it out for a week by using 60% on left and 40% on right?

dunno, maybe try to work out that side more? :dunno:

as for me, I finally started lifting again, :nervous:

I wasn't as weak as I thought I'd be, I left off at 220lbs reps, started at 170lbs :happysad:

This does happen. Best way to correct, if you have dumbells, use the one side and do a few extra reps on that one side to bulk it up to match the other man teet.

245-250ish h:

it shouldn't take me long to get back to 220lbs reps, just need to stay disciplined. I hope to get up to 280ish by summer.

This is why I prefer dumbells over barbells. You can't cheat by having your stronger side pick up the slack. Using dumbells, each side must but out the same effort otherwise you won't get the weight up.

very true, you need perfect form for dumbells and unless your experienced I wouldn't workout w/ dumbells on your own. If you want to do heavy weights on your own, dumbells are not a smart choice.
