Default Get well Civic1.6VTEC Thread

Don't whore this thread please...

Luis,

Bro. I know you're going through a tough time right now. I can't say that I understand how you feel because I don't. What I do have to say is that I also went through some rough times and tried suicide as well. Obviously that didn't happen since I am here posting this.

There is NOTHING in this world worth killing yourself for man. NOTHING. I am serious. Life is precious. Don't let external factors decide how you live it....but for your own sake LIVE IT. Don't put it to waste man.....

OK HAN'ers....one of our members need us. Let's show him some support.

P.S. Jen...Please let me know if you can print this and give it to him after our members signed the thread Or I can print this and send it via USPS to him

I'm really glad you're ok, in a few weeks or months (or even days) you're going to notice how much going on with life is a good idea, but I understand it can be difficult.

Just remember many times in life you can't do things soley on your own, so you're going to have to work with people to get better--and you will. Things happen for reasons beyond human understanding, you're going to have some difficult times in the next few weeks along with some real growth periods as a person, but it's going to be worth it. I promise you that. Just keep your head high, and keep busy--I really mean it when I say keep busy. It was some of the best advice I got when I was in your position. If and when you're not feeling good, go out and do something (not destructive!!!). Another thing, never give up on your goals, it sounds kind of childish, but if you set goals and a plan you may not completely follow it, but you'll definitely feel good either way. These are just things that I learned and am learning from.

I hope you're doing all right now. Keep us posted! If you ever get in a rut again my AIM is in my profile on HAN, I'm on all the time so you can just vent to me if you need to. Good luck.

Luis,
Like Jimmy said nothing is worth killing yourself in this world. My best friend tried to commit suicide back in July...it was his 3rd time attempting it. I couldn't understand what he was going through, but I can't say that I've never thought about ending my life when things get tough and then i think about my friends and family and the good things that I enjoy about my life and it helps me overcome the obstacles. Talk to someone, that is one of the best medicines. Find a friend that you can confide in and let it all out. Believe it or not you have an affect on others. We all care about you and are here for you. *hugz*
