seriously, stop. you DON'T know anything about him.

im 19. i go to school 3 days a week. dont work. my car is paid off. i have bills. and u know how i pay them?? from the money i got when my father died. and my mom offers to pay A LOT of them b/c she doesnt want me to use that money for bills. if my dad was still here..he'd help me too. when youre the child of a split home, its hard. but i guess u wouldnt know about that, now would u? getting money from the person who left your mother to raise you by herself...that doesnt make up for the pain you go through everyday. money is just a consolation prize for being a bastard child! r u going to put me down now b/c i live at home for free?? because i get money from my mom when i ask? yea, i think u shouldnt!

you struck a sore nerve with your comment Skyler. i really think it would be best if u not pass judgement on people for things like this, ESPECIALLY when u know nothing about the person.
umm.. what you quoted was an apology.. :slap:

Stop being illiterate. I know you dont live in NJ, but I think no matter where you live most people can see that 200$ a month is not enough to pay for the things ive listed, my car insurance alone is 240$ a month. So unless youve taken the time to read what ive written, your smart ass comments arent appreciated.

Im sure alot of people have it worse than I do, especially some people here, I appreciate and sypathise with those who shared their stories. group hug. And yes, i know you guys dont know my whole situation, i dont know any of you on here personally, it would take too long to explain it, the divorce crap has been going on for over 8 years now, and plenty of other stuff before that.

Someone once said,

"Everybody has shitty parents. Having shitty parents doesn't define someone as a person. It's what that person does to deal with their shitty parents that defines them."

I know where he's coming from. My parents aren't split but my dad was and is never around because his job takes him all over the place. My mom doesn't work so my dad made all the money.

then once college started, i had enough saved, the car was paid off, so i took it upon myself to spare my dad (and mom) from forking out the 4K/semester for school, then there's books, food, rent, insurance, etc - all that i put onto my shoulders.

however...recently, i haven't been able to find work so my accounts have been dwindling. then my dad and mom decided to intervene and help me out a little so i can get back on my feet. my roommate and friends say "god, your spoiled" because my dad sent me an $800 check for one months rent, food, and misc. What assholes....meanwhile their parents pay everything of theirs i'll never understand this society.
