Well he did poor liquid on the guy and light him on fire, thats pretty much murder right there. Now if he would of just beat the burgular up w/ a bat, then thats completely legal.

 

If he had shot him he wouldnt have been charged either...just so happens he didn't have a gun but had some gas and a match.

He deserves a reward IMO.

 

This is what I don't understand. Why can't we protect ourselves from these types of situations? :dunno: The guy who gets arrested is the one who was the victim. I don't understand this???

I dont believe he was protectin anything... Now come on, he literally threw like gasoline or somethin and lit a match. That would be like the last thing I would do to protect myself, my family, and my belongings.

I'd do everything possible if an unknown entity is in my house, death is pretty much my main goal as I don't know what they plan on doing. If I don't kill them then they have a chance at killing me, I don't like that kind of situation.
