To be honest they will probably never connect with that connection.
Sattelite, 4g/3g and WiMax just don'have the speed to connect correctly and get excluded by default usually due to ping. I have seen some get dumped just sitting at the dashboard using these kinds of connections.
I am gonna guess he is on HughesNet and average ping is between 800 and 1400
