Don't feel too bad if you get overweight... that is incredibly inaccurate. I know this b/c I've done a lot of BMI tests. There's no way to tell someone's BMI by their height and weight alone.
What about those who weight 200lbs and are pure muscle? what about those who weight 200 lbs and can't lift a 10 lb dumbell?

Real meathods:
water dunk test -100% accurate
Body caliper test - ~97% accurate
tape measure around belly/neck look @ chart meathod. - 95% accurate

type height and weight into a program - not accurate

i'm 16% even right now, according to the body caliper method... weight/height, isn't gonna be close to accurate.

this calculation is not acurate. It says that I would have to be 160 pounds to have a 23 BMI. If I was 160lbs I would be sickly looking. This measuremnet tool of the bmi is inacurate because this version does not take into account bone structure which plays a large part into BMI. Also it does not take into account muscle mass. These two are specifically important because bone mass and muscle mass weight more than fat. I would take this measurement tool with a grain of salt unless you have an average bone structure and not much muscle mass.
