Cheapest service ATT offers. $15/month. Probably upgrading next month.
One minute it won't load youtube videos. The next minute it's an absolute monster and will be fast as shit. Not sure why.

I believe that's a Youtube thing. I was doing some research and Youtube will load videos based on your area. I had the same issue for a while where it would load videos fast as hell, then for about 3 weeks it wouldn't load a 2 minute clip on 240p. Youtube takes into account your area as well as your ISP speeds

I just switched to ATT from comcast (DIAF COMCAST), and had a faster connection with comcast. Never noticed it with them. Now that you mention it, I really don't have any issues with it outside of youtube. Pandora, netflix, hulu, PSN etc is all fine.
