Interesting. Thanks for that info.

I just switched to ATT from comcast (DIAF COMCAST), and had a faster connection with comcast. Never noticed it with them. Now that you mention it, I really don't have any issues with it outside of youtube. Pandora, netflix, hulu, PSN etc is all fine.
