Logically I would say yes he should. he chased after the robbers and made a meditated/conscious (and very emotional) decision to chase the robbers, shoot and kill one. if it was done in the home I would say no. You have to look and see how other Judicial Laws read about similar cases and their outcomes. His best bet would be to get in front of a Jury get the jury to acquit on the emotions of just being robbed at gun point.

similar case happened in MA couple years ago and the person who went after the suspect/robber and shot him down is now in jail.

 

No. If a similar situation happened to myself and my family, I would probably act the same way.

Will he? Probably

Should have made it worth his while and shot a couple more.

 

He'll go to jail for manslaughter.

If it was on his premises and they were in the act, it would be different.

a slanted ass media report is not enough to make a decision on. for all anyone knows he may have retreived his gun to protect himself until the police arrived and the thugs came back at him. or maybe he did gun one of the little shitbags down. honestly I don't give a fuck anymore at least there's one less repeat offender.
