Hate to be the realist/skeptic in the thread but here goes:
Don't move only to be with some chick that you've known for a few months. Maybe if you're planning on moving anyway and that pushes you over sure, but still. Doesn't sound like the most sound planning ever to me.

the rules of dating according to mrfatbooty:
1. don't ever trust no woman.
2. don't ever do anything that would make any woman think you care.
3. don't ever let yourself care about a woman.
4. all women are evil.
5. never, ever do anything that could possibly further a relationship with a woman.
6. be pessimistic and gloomy all the time -- no woman will ever want to be with you, solving all of the problems of dating.
:chuckles:
I'm in a relationship with my girl for a lil over a year now (14months to be exhact) and she goes to Notre Dame (south bend, Indiana) which is like a 12hour drive from NJ, and it's rough, I mean, I call her, I talk to her on AIM, I dunno, I'm not really happy. I don't get any when shes home or when I see her, so my dick is never happy, and I don't know... it's frustrating, maybe I'm in a bad relationship, lol

All I'm saying is 2 months of on-off seeing each other is a bit short to completely let your guard down.
Shit just tonight I was talking with my friend Robin and I said I have a big dumb grin on my face. She said,
"You always have a big dumb grin on your face!"
Gloomy my ass.
Perhaps you are mistaking my overuse of dry sarcasm for depression.

i'm not going to jump the gun and move just for a girlfriend.
but anyone who knows me well, knows that i've been planning to move to socal for the past few years. there are a few things holding me back - - - the financial support i give my parents, and the unlikeliness of finding a job with an equal or higher salary as my current gig. she would just be an added bonus, not the main attraction.
i'm 25....about to turn 26...been through a lot, including a 4 year relationship. i know about jumping the gun too soon and what not
but sometimes u just feel good about something
by no means am i letting my guard down.
